Our Sports Performance Group Training is built for athletes who are serious about maximizing their potential. We offer two distinct tiers to ensure every athlete gets the right level of challenge and support:
ELITE – Designed for advanced high school athletes competing at a high level. This group focuses on refining speed, strength, and power to prepare for top athletic performance.
PREP – Designed for developmental athletes, including middle school (7th–8th grade) and early high school athletes. This group focuses on building a strong athletic foundation through proper movement, technique, and progressive training.
Athletes can train 1x, 2x, or 3x per week, with flexible monthly memberships that adapt to your schedule and goals. Every session is rooted in our proven system for developing speed, strength, and power.
SPG 12 Session
Month-to-Month Membership which includes up to 12 training sessions each Month. The recommended training frequency is 3x per week.
SPG 8 Session
Month-to-Month Membership which includes up to 8 training sessions each Month. The recommended training frequency is 2x per week.
SPG 4 Session
Month-to-Month Membership which includes up to 4 training sessions each Month. The recommended training frequency is 1x per week.
SPG Punchcard
Package of 10 Sports Performance Training Sessions. The recommended training frequency is 2-3x per week.
