Your first session is where it starts.
You’ll train within a semi-private session led by your coach and experience the full program firsthand — the same process we use with every athlete in our program.
Your coach will walk you through the flow of the session, evaluate how you move, and answer any questions about the training, schedule, or membership options.
This is your chance to see what real performance training feels like.
After the session, we’ll discuss your next steps and lock in the right plan for you.
